The idea of rating things based on my personal preference grows ever stronger as I age. I use letterboxd pretty frequently but have noticed that there is very little consistency in the way that I rate movies - The Worst Person In The World and Underfist: Halloween Bash are both rated five stars.
As a part of my Spotify exodus I've put more emphasis to the album listening experience and wanted to make usage of Plex's music rating system. I've listened to a few of my albums and have taken the time to rate the songs and album on a somewhat consistent scale and figured that putting that rating scale to text would be worthwhile (and fun).
